At Coleman Hair Company, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected by our fulfillment department before leaving our location. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.
TEXTURE DISCLAIMER
Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures available. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. Some textures may be more coarse, sleek, looser curls, tighter curls, etc. It is human hair and can vary with texture/wave pattern.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! Please understand, we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Coleman Hair Company, Inc. and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.
Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are not responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
PRICING
The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to any pending, existing, or shipped orders. Once the order is shipped, you cannot apply a bundle deal pricing to get more bundles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SALES/ DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS
In the case a customer is granted a personal discount code (separate from sale codes), the code can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply discount codes to the sale items. IF the code is provided via Coleman Hair Company for a sale, the code can be used on all items. No discounts or coupon codes will be applied to existing orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept PayPal as our only payment source. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders.
This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Processing times for wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
SHIPPING DELAY/FAILED/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partners. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping partners to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at support@colemanhaircompany.com
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped from one of our trusted shipping partners to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed a $10 fee to make the correction or to reship the product. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package via UPS.com or USPS.com or Fedex.com and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will need to contact the responsible shipping service right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package.
Returns
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.
Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (Support@colemanhaircompany.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Coleman Hair Company verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Coleman Hair Company will then exchange or replace the item.
If Coleman Hair Company does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without an replacement of product. NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coleman Hair Company , does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Coleman Hair Company will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Coleman Hair Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Coleman Hair Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
MARKETING
We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize the Coleman Hair Company.., content and advertising. If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our ad-customization programs, simply send us an email.
PHOTO BLAST DISCLAIMER
Upon sending Coleman Hair Company, Inc., photos of you, our product, or tools used, they become property of Coleman Hair Company. Photos are used for but not limited to promotions, marketing, social media, newsletters, and our site. Owners’ rights to the photo are given to Coleman Hair Company, Inc., without the anticipation for royalties and/or lawsuits. NO photo will be used for any reason to publicly harass or embarrass any customer. All photos must be of high quality with no existing watermarks. Coleman Hair Company., will add a watermark to your photo to prevent any other site, organization, company, or viewer to illegally copy the image. We use the hashtag #PhotoBlast on social media to specify the photos posted from our company. Thank you for participating and supporting our company as well as providing our viewers with an image to better help them see the products.
TOPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
